Project Manager and Founder, Desaree Shircliffe Machuca, is a servant leader dedicated to doing the most good. She was professionally grown in a non-profit and spent several years in the field of education. As an individual dedicated to growth & development; she has achieved her undergraduate degree in Community Health, her teaching certifications in Health and Family & Consumer Sciences, a master's degree in public administration, her scrum master certification through Scrum Alliance, and, most recently, has obtained a project management certification through PMI. Throughout her academic and professional journey, she always gravitated towards operational effectiveness, project management and building partnerships. Additionally, she discovered that she found the greatest sense of personal satisfaction when she was able to contribute towards, or facilitate, success for others.

Desaree always admired the entrepreneurial spirit and greatly admired small business owners who were experts in their craft. Through her admiration of these passionate, small businesses, she observed an often-common need for support related to business management functions. She wanted to find a way to use her skills and experience to support these businesses in achieving their professional goals.

Queen Bea Professional Services was then created to fill the need of supporting businesses with their back-of-the-house business management needs. Although the inception idea was derived from wanting to support small businesses, Queen Bea Professional Services can support any size business or private venture.

Queen Bea Professional Services is rooted in Christian principles and the importance of family. The business name itself serves as a namesake and tribute to Desaree's late Nana, Beatrice Leon Saunderson. Beatrice went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at the age of 72. She was born in San Antonio, Texas on December 8, 1950 to her parents Felix and Beatrice Leon. Her legacy includes her husband, siblings, children, and over twenty-six grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
